1. Dimensional Control
Dimensional control is the foundation of quality.
-Gauges shall be manufactured in accordance with customer drawings and used for parts inspection.
-All finished products shall be subject to acceptance inspection in accordance with the customer's CTQ (Critical to Quality) specifications.

2. Process Inspection
Our in-process checks monitor production at every stage — from raw material to finished part — to catch deviations early and maintain consistent quality throughout.
Appearance – workmanship(Level 1)
-Surface (no scratch, damage, dents, dirts, sharp edges, gaps, deformation, etc.)

-Color (material, paint, plating,enamel,electrolysis)
-Cleanliness of surface
-Mechanical damages (no big scratch/es, bumps, hits, etc..)
-Manufacturing failures (no rust deformation, rust screws, sharp edges, bad welding)

3. Salt Spray Test
To verify corrosion resistance, we perform salt spray tests on coated and plated surfaces, ensuring our products can withstand harsh environments and prevent rust.

Check whether the surface appears the rust issue after the 24/48-hour salt spray test.
